Food Grade CMC

Introduction:


WGCEL CMC, as a good emulsifier, stabilizer, thickener, is widely used in the food industry, 

such as dairy and beverages;bakery and confectionery;sauces, dressings and soups;

meat products and plant-based alternatives, gluten-free and Low-fat products. 

It enhances the texture, shelf life, and consistency of various food products.    



Key Functions:


Thickening Agent: Increases viscosity and improves the mouthfeel of liquids and semi-solid foods.  

Stabilizer: Prevents separation in emulsions (e.g., dairy products, sauces).  

Moisture Retention: Helps retain water, keeping foods fresh and preventing drying out.  

Film-Forming Agent: Forms protective coatings in food applications like edible films.  

Fat Replacer: Provides a creamy texture in low-fat or fat-free food products.  



Packing and Storage:

Packing: 25kg/50lb kraft paper bag with PE inner. customizable packaging


Storage Conditions:

Temperature: Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C (41°F – 86°F).  

Humidity: Keep in an environment with low humidity (<50% RH) to prevent moisture absorption.  

Ventilation: Ensure proper air circulation to avoid condensation and clumping.  

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Store away from direct heat and UV light to prevent degradation.
